From 2011 to 2014 I developed a hodgepodge line of miniature sculptural work to sell on Etsy, in my shop titled Littlest Sweatshop. Among my works were a series of Co-meme-oratives, commemorative ornaments which depicted popular animal video memes during the early emergence of the meme as a cultural phenomenon. I enjoyed the idea of making work that tied together the digital-virtual and analog-physical kitsch of the 20th and 21st centuries. Among the Co-meme-oratives are the Surprised Kitty, Sneezing Panda, and most popularly Denver the Guilty Dog, and Grumpy Cat. I also sold cute animal ornaments, a smattering of political odds and ends and other oddities.
